Our Management Team

Our team is led by Madhuja Chatterjee who has over 12 years of experience in recruiting, sales and human resource development. She is the founder and President of Shevik Inc. Prior to Shevik she worked with some leading search and staffing firms in the US and undertook searches for Global 1000 companies. Prior to that she was with an HR consulting firm in Delhi where she focused on search and human resource development initiatives focused on developing effective retention strategies.

Madhuja believes that her success comes from employing a human touch to her role. This makes her build strong lasting relationships with both clients and prospective candidates and allows her to expand her network significantly. Her understanding of the India-US corridor companies also allows her to provide that extra edge in searches for her clients that have this focus.
